What is the best music notation software?
I recently pourcahsed a USB cable to hook my Yamaha Clavinova piano up to my laptop.
What is the best (hopefully freeware?) program out there for music notation? I’ve used Noteworthy Composer for years, and it is a great program, but it is a bit slow to pick up sounds (would that be the software or my computer’s processing speed)?
Basically what I’d like to do is this…I have many songs I’ve come up with saved on the Clavinova disk. I’d like to be able to play them back through a program and have it notated into sheet music.
Any suggestions?
