Database software for Mac OS X?

Does anyone know where I can find free database software for MAC OS X? I’m wanting to catalogue sheet music.
I currently have iLife ‘06, obviously, and Microsoft office for Mac (including Word, Powerpoint & Excel). I’m looking for database software, not spreadsheets.

MySQL is a good, free, open source database. If you’re going to go that route, you’ll want to use one of these two free programs to configure and use mysql more easily.
