Can anyone tell me what these notes are please (image included)?

I’m looking for the treble and bass clef notes for he bars beginning E and B/D#. I think I know what they are already but I think they’re wrong (i.e. the sheet music is wrong). Any help much appreciated. thanks.
Jessica: I’m just looking for the notes ( A, B, C, D, E, F or G) for the two bars that I refer to in the link. I’m pretty sure the bass clef notes are E and E (an octave) in the bar beginning “E” and the bass clef notes are D# and D# in the bar beginning B/D#.
I also think I know what the treble clef notes for the two bars are, but I’d like someone (who is better than me at this) to confirm them…. thanks
