The Pachebel Canon in D may no longer enjoy copyright protection, but George Winston’s arrangements certainly do! I find it most interesting that someone who says he is “learning” a piece of music of that sophistication has dropped the pages and can’t get them back into order. Instead, one might suspect the request for help to be a request for a copy in violation of Winston’s copyright. However, for the purposes of this answer I will, of course, assume that you are simply requesting help and nothing more. So here goes – - –
On your pages, look for measure numbers or stave set numbers and get it back in order that way, lowest to highest. Or, simply take it to your friendly music teacher or somebody else who plays piano fairly well, and they’ll have it in order for you very quickly. Or, do for yourself what the music teacher would do — first and last pages are obvious, so that part of the puzzle is solved. If there are measure numbers or score set numbers, put those in order lowest to highest and the puzzle is solved. Lastly, just sit down at the piano and play the bridges from the end of one sheet to the beginning of the others — which fits is always obvious. (You will probably see that the music teacher doesn’t need to play any snippets at all, and will just read the score.) And NUMBER THE PAGES!
